REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

At 2412RV, we understand that you may wish to return an item that is not suitable. We are happy to offer a 30 day no quibble money back guarantee – please email us prior at enquiries@2412rv.com. If you require an alternative item or size, please place a new order on our website.

Item(s) must be returned in perfect condition; unworn, unwashed, with original tags still attached and received within 30 days of receipt of order, with proof of purchase. We are unable to refund the initial postage costs on all domestic or international orders and return postage costs need to be covered by the customer.

All items being sent back to 2412RV Head Office need to include a Returns Authorisation form along with the items being returned. This can be obtained by emailing enquiries@2412rv.com. Please allow 1-2 working days for a response. Please see further details below about how to return items.

How to return an item for refund

  • Email enquiries@2412rv.com, attaching a copy of your purchase receipt and advise the reason for your return.
  • We will then send you a Returns Authorisation which needs to be included in the return package.
  • Take your parcel to the nearest post office. Our returns address is: 2412RV, Office 1, Street Name, City, Post Code.
  • A refund will be made to you via the original method of payment, excluding any delivery costs.

Kindly note, when sending a return, always retain proof of postage as the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.
